Open registration for the 2026 fall season solo league (hitherto referred to just as the fall season) will be held beginning May 1st, 2026. Fees will be as follows:

● $125 for ALL players ages 8-14 in grades 2-9. (Includes t-shirt and ALL equipment)

Beginning June 1st, registration fees will increase and the league may close registration or move divisions to a waitlist at any time. It is the intention of our league to offer a quality esports gaming experience for all players. Please keep in mind that registration prices may vary in future seasons in response to player and equipment needs.

Fall 2026

This season will run for 6 weeks beginning October 26th, 2026, through December 5th, 2026 with one week for Thanksgiving Break. It will consist of an hour-long, single weeknight practice (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) with weekly tournaments on either Saturday or Sunday as scheduled. All practices and tournaments are currently scheduled to occur at Hamilton East Public Library in Fishers. Matches for practice games and tournaments will focus on 1v1 battles and improving individual play skills. The league reserves the right to restrict gameplay in any way necessary to maintain

fair and balanced play.

After registration, families will receive information to select the signup day and time for practices that best fits their own schedule for the entire season. Day and time slots available will be limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Weekend tournament structure and

times will be communicated once the registration period has closed and the number of participants has been finalized.

Accounts

Players will be required to create a profile on the tournament platform to serve as

Win/Loss/Draw record for this and any future Esports gaming activity. Families should either have an email address to attach with the player or use an adult’s e-mail address to attach to the profile.

Special Requests

Please forward any requests to Mudsock Youth Athletics - Esports division either by noting on your registration form or by emailing mudsockesports@gmail.com. Note that while we strive to

honor requests as we are able, requests will not be guaranteed. Requests may include sibling information, social/emotional needs, and gaming experience. Requests will not be accepted

after registration has closed. If your child participates in more than one activity or sport, Mudsock Youth Esports cannot

guarantee the absence of scheduling conflicts as each Mudsock Youth Athletics league operates independently.

Divisions

All players will be hosted in the same division for the 2026 fall season solo league regardless of skill level. However, tournaments may be divided according to skill level in order to facilitate the spirit of competition. Matches for practice games and tournaments will focus on 1v1 battles and improving individual play skills. This helps to support the individual player in improving interpretation and skill for both solo and team competitions.

Coach Information

All players in the solo league are coached by volunteers  (some affiliated with Yes! Gaming). All coach volunteers  are required to submit a background check. Please also list on the online registration form if you are interested in being a league sponsor or volunteering on the esports board.

Parent Volunteers:

 “Non-Player Characters (NPCs)”

Non-Player Characters (NPCs) are parent volunteers of league players willing to be present in the library and assist in behavior management of the players of their room during their child’s time slot. NPC’s do not have any coaching obligations for the season but rather serve as an intermediary between coaches  and Mudsock Youth Esports for any issues that might

require League attention. NPCs receive complimentary esports shirts, access to practice plans, and league support.

Payments/Refunds

A player is not considered registered with Mudsock Youth Esports until payment is received. The Mudsock Youth Athletics processing fee that is included in participation registration fees is

non-refundable. Refunds will be given (less the non-refundable fee) through July 31st, 2026. Participants who are unable to participate in the season due to physical injury will only be granted a refund with supporting documentation from a physician. If documentation from a

physician is not provided, no refund will be given. Any injury that occurs during the season is not eligible for a refund of any amount. 

Winter 2027 Season Overview: 

Open winter registration runs from August 1st – August 31st . Registration will be accepted online at mudsockyouth.com.. 

Winter fees (early bird pricing) will be as follows:

● $190 for 10U players in grades 2-3. (Includes t-shirt and ALL equipment) 

● $190 for 12U players in grades 4-6. (Includes t-shirt and ALL equipment) 

● $190 for 14U players in grades 7-9. (Includes t-shirt and ALL equipment) Early bird pricing will be available during the month of August. Beginning September 1, registration fees will increase, and divisions may begin forming waitlists at anytime. 

Timeline:

The season schedule will consist of an hour-long, single weeknight practice (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) with weekly tournaments on either Saturday or Sunday as scheduled. All practices and tournaments are currently scheduled to occur at the Hamilton East Public Library (Fishers Library 5 Municipal Drive, Fishers IN 46038). Matches for practice games and tournaments will consist of team battles and focus on improving cooperative team-play skills. The league reserves the right to restrict or modify gameplay in any way necessary in order to maintain fair and balanced play. After registration closes, families will receive information about the day and time of practice with their team for the entire season. Weekend tournament structure and times will also be communicated once the registration period has closed, and the number of participants has been finalized.

Divisions:

All teams are co-ed, based on the player's current grade level in school. Please register your player for the division that matches their grade for the 2026-2027 school year.

10U Grades 2-3 4v4 ● Mario Kart ● Splatoon (Nintendo Switch)

12U Grades 4-6 4v4 ● Mario Kart ● Splatoon (Nintendo Switch)

14U Grades 7-9 4v4 ● Rocket League ● Fortnite (Personal Computer (PC)

All of our teams are coached by volunteers; most are parents of players. Being proficient in

video games is not a requirement for coaching. Each team will also be connected with a

high-school volunteer or knowledgeable staff member from Yes! Gaming as assistant

coach. Volunteers are not required to be familiar with video games but should be

enthusiastic and willing to learn. Individuals who are interested in coaching should mark

their intent to coach on their participant’s registration form or contact the Mudsock Youth

Athletics office. The team coach's responsibility is to be present and emphasize each

week's education focus and to facilitate keeping the team focused during practices and

games. Each practice will have a gaming coach present to explain the game being

practiced, to demonstrate mechanics, and to help focus on specific areas of improvement

each week. Volunteers for gaming coach should be familiar with video games, or willing to

learn. All coaches are required to submit a background check and attend a pre-season

coach meeting on January 9th, 2026. Please also list on the online registration form if you

are interested in being a league sponsor or volunteering on the esports board. Head

coaches and assistant coaches receive a complimentary coach shirt, access to practice

plans, and league support.

Student Assistant Coaches:

● High school assistant coaches may participate for free in exchange for official accredited

volunteer hours toward Service-Based Learning Experience according to new

Graduation Pathway Diploma requirements established in 2023.

● Student Assistant Coaches are encouraged to register at myathletics.com during the

early bird registration period, Aug 1 – Aug 3

The league will provide the equipment for the players. Players will also be permitted to bring their own equipment to practices or games, but it will be the responsibility of the player to bring any personal equipment to and from the facility. Mudsock Youth Esports are not responsible for missing or damaged equipment that is brought by individual players. Players are expected to abide by the equipment use rules set forth by Mudsock Youth Esports  While reasonable wear and tear is expected during gameplay, any abuse or intentional destruction of gaming equipment and

accessories will be the sole responsibility of the offending player and their family.

All players should abide by the dress-code set by Hamilton Southeastern school district. Players will be asked to wear their provided Mudsock Youth Esports T-shirt for games and tournaments.
